Typical Chronology of a Bakery Doctor Mission
- PHASE 1: Arrival of the Bakery Doctor in your bakery.
Testing of local raw materials and review of production processes.
- PHASE 2: Baking of a very high number of recipes you will
choose from, based on your own criteria: easy to replicate,
fast to make, unique taste or look, cost-effective, etc.
- PHASE 3: Focus of training and consulting on recipes you
selected during Phase 2.
- PHASE 4: Customization of your “Guide to Recipes
and Production Processes”. That guide includes detailed
procedures of all recipes, as they were taught to you.
